Analyst

Overview: For recent graduates, Brilliont’s analyst position is second-to-none. We guarantee you will learn a lot, do real work, be exposed to a great diversity of business challenges and issues, deal directly with clients and partners and also have a great deal of fun.

Location: New York City

Education: Outstanding record of academic achievement from a top educational institution

Desired Skills

  • Exceptional problem-solving ability. Irrespective of degree, you should excel at solving problem that require logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers and an ability to unravel complex issues.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills. You will be working closely with other Brilliont people as well as clients and partners so you must be able to work with and communicate (oral and written) effectively with others.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership. You should be highly motivated and be someone who frequently takes initiative as seen through leadership roles in the work environment or in extra-curricular activities.
  • Other required skills: strategic management perspective, well-informed on business and global issues and trends, fluency in English.

Consultant

Overview: For those with 5+ years of experience, Brilliont’s consultant position will provide you with a level of responsibility and exposure that will get you excited to come to work every morning.

Location: New York City

Education: Outstanding record of academic achievement from a top educational institution

Desired Skills

  • Extensive business experience. Ideally, you will have deep expertise in key industries such as financial services, high-tech, pharma/healthcare, telecom, public-sector, manufacturing and functional expertise with marketing, IT, R&D, innovation practices.
  • Proven track record. Successfully interacted and delivered on behalf of clients and/or worked on partner/strategic alliance development.
    Exceptional problem-solving ability. Irrespective of degree, you should excel at solving problem that require logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers and an ability to unravel complex issues.
